WSG-FMF - Sensor fingers for precise gripping force measurement
The WSG-FMF measures the actual gripping force directly at the workpiece and transmits it to the gripper controller. This makes it particularly suitable for force-controlled handling of sensitive or variable workpieces.
Your benefits at a glance
- Precise force measurement using integrated strain gauges
- Fast commissioning thanks to fully integrated signal processing and plug-and-play connection to the sensor port of the WSG gripper
- Reliable processes thanks to robust and interference-resistant sensor technology
- Flexible use enabled by a rotatable, adaptable object support and compatibility with custom gripping part shapes
