Review: Weiss Robotics at the Innovation Network Meeting
On May 27, 2025, we had the opportunity to take part in the innovation network meeting “Robotics as an economic factor” at Bosch Rexroth in the urban harbor Ludwigsburg - an event that impressively focused on the importance of robotics for the regional economy.
Where is it really worth getting started with robotics? Which processes can be automated? And how can robotics make us not only efficient but also innovative? In the panel discussion with moderator Johannes Elster, experts Dr. Franziska Schloz (MHP - A Porsche Company), Dr. Karsten Weiß (Weiss Robotics GmbH & Co. KG) and Joerg Heckel (Bosch Rexroth) provided valuable practical tips.
Networking and inspiration for the future
The meeting showed us once again how important the exchange with other companies and research institutions is for the further development of robotics. The discussions on site gave us new ideas on how we can align our products and solutions even better with the needs of the industry. We were particularly pleased with the great interest shown in our gripper modules and the uncomplicated integration into existing automation processes - a topic that we are consistently driving forward with our GRIPKIT and GRIPLINK technology.
Strong in the region - innovative for the world
As a company rooted in Ludwigsburg, we greatly value our proximity to our customers and partners in the Stuttgart region. The innovation network meeting has encouraged us to continue on this path and to jointly advance robotics in the region. We would like to thank the organizers and all participants for the inspiring exchange and look forward to the next steps - for even smarter and more efficient automation.
