The gripping modules of the CRG series were specially developed for the interaction between humans and robots. Rounded edges and a securely limited gripping force make both the CRG 30 and the CRG 200 a flexible tool for collaborative robots, which already meet the DGUV recommendations for collaborative robot systems as well as the requirements of the ISO / TS 15066 standard. This greatly simplifies the risk assessment of your collaborative robot application.
Parameterization and control of the CRG grippers are carried out via the widespread IO-Link industry standard. This creates flexibility, because IO-Link not only simplifies the connection to the process control, but also simplifies parameterization and diagnostics in the system using a standardized protocol. So, you always have your process under control.
KNOWS WHERE IT IS
Thanks to the new absolute measuring system, the CRG knows its finger position when starting even without performing a reference run. This makes it possible to simply continue the gripping process if the operating voltage of the gripper was previously interrupted by an emergency stop or a restart of the system program.
