The GRIPKIT-E-PRO is the fully integrated servo-electric gripping solution for industrial applications. Configuration takes place directly from the robot panel. GRIPKIT-E-PRO significantly extends the functional scope of your cobot.
Both gripping range and gripping force can be preselected via four parameterizable grips and thus optimally adapted to the application. This enables different workpieces to be gripped without having to retool or use additional sensors. To optimize the process, the parameters can be adjusted at any time during operation. This maximizes the availability of your system.
Automated Quality Assurance
Thanks to the integrated position measuring system and the built-in gripping part detection, the dimensions of the workpiece can be checked with great accuracy while gripping. In this way, deviations in the process can be recognized early and, in most cases, a separate test station for quality assurance can be avoided.
