GRIPKIT EASY is the smart cobot gripping solution for general use that significantly simplifies your entry into collaborative handling technology.
GRIPKIT EASY is available as a basic version for control via digital I/Os or with a FLEXGRIP interface for cyclical data exchange with dedicated plug-ins for selected cobot brands.

100% matched to your Cobot
GRIPKIT EASY can be mounted directly on the ISO-50 mounting flange widely used on cobots. Power supply and control are provided via the TOOL-I/O interface on the wrist of your cobot. Your advantage: simple installation and no cables running along the robot arm improve machine safety and reliability.
Flexgrip option
GRIPKIT EASY is available with or without the FLEXGRIP option. Choose the version that best suits your cobot application.
Not sure which version is right for your application? No problem, because you can retrofit FLEXGRIP as an option at any time.
Basic
For the basic version of GRIPKIT EASY, control and feedback of the gripping status are carried out via the digital I/O signals of the TOOL-I/O port.
The gripping parameters are set offline using the free "GRIPKIT Configurator" parameterization tool via the gripper's USB interface.
FLEXGRIP
WEISS Robotics offers FLEXGRIP plug-ins For selected cobot models that seamlessly integrate the gripping process into the robot controller. For this purpose, the gripping module communicates with the cobot controller via the integrated data interface of the TOOL-I/O port. The gripping parameters can thus be flexibly specified via the robot controller and dynamically adapted depending on the gripping situation.
Develop smart processes for your production by evaluating current process data such as finger position and gripping status directly in the robot program and using it to plan the next movement of your cobot.

With FLEXGRIP, you are able to access the process data directly from the cobot program and program the entire gripping process directly via the robot controller. Our FLEXGRIP plug-ins are developed and tested under strict quality guidelines together with the cobot manufacturer. This ensures that you always receive a reliable and production-proof solution. Save valuable time and costs and put your focus on implementing your application.
Multi-gripper
Operate up to 4 servo grippers on your cobot with FLEXGRIP - the ideal solution for machine tending or for handling large and bendable parts. For a quick start, we offer a delta flange with integrated cable routing as an out-of-the-box solution with which you are immediately ready to go and which you can control conveniently and without special programming knowledge directly from the robot program.
