WSG-FMF - Sensor fingers for precise gripping force measurement
The WSG-FMF stands for maximum precision and process reliability in gripping technology. Integrated strain gauges precisely record the actual gripping force and transmit it directly to the gripper controller - ideal for force-controlled handling of sensitive or variable workpieces. Signal processing takes place entirely in the finger itself, enabling fast, tool-free commissioning at the sensor port of the gripper module.
Thanks to the rotatable object support made of robust polyamide, the sensor finger can be flexibly adapted to the workpiece. Customer-specific supports can also be easily integrated - for maximum flexibility in your application.
Your benefits at a glance
- Precise handling of delicate workpieces through highly accurate force measurement using integrated strain gauges.
- Fast commissioning without additional components thanks to fully integrated signal processing and plug-and-play connection to the sensor port of the WSG gripper.
- Reliable processes even in harsh environments due to high interference immunity and the sensor's robust design.
- Flexible use in varied applications enabled by a rotatable, adaptable object support and compatibility with custom gripping part shapes.
